Chris Kamara's big break across the pond attempt

There's just something sadistically hilarious seeing a kid cry whilst watching his dad in pain, although i find the fact that the birthday party is most likely ruined as a result even funnier

Oxegen!! What a load of shite!

What is the most appealing and according to surveys on festival goers the most popular music festival in Europe? Its no other than our flagship festival Oxegen! Hooray! Finally we must be doing something right? WRONG! Apart from being the most expensive, badly organised and plagued by the shittiest weather in Europe, Oxegen continues to attract festival goers from across Europe, not to mention the international acts it manages to also attract. One of the most appealing aspects to artists is not the self proclaiming "best crowd in the world" (Just because we dont clap like the spaniards) but the mouth watering paydays on offer to most of the current armada of overhyped contemporary artists (Bloc Party, James-what the fuck? The Coronas? Please, the list is endless). Also, being a fan of some of the best acts out there such as the Bad Seeds, Nine Inch Nails, Blur etc, Oxegen has managed to attract acts who normally wouldnt bother their arse to play one off shows in a leading irish venue. Not that im putting down acts of such a high calibre, they have nothing to prove in my eyes but it shows how much an anomaly the festival is.
I may be talking shite but i know a large amount of people who would rather spend the weekend watching Madeleine Mc Cann news alerts on sky news, and fork out slightly less to go to a well organised festival with great acts that so far has not been plagued by moronic scumbags i.e The Electric Picnic or alternatively any other festival round the continent. Anyway il give you some examples of how much of a waste of time this festival is. Enjoy or dont,
Kent Out!

Peace and Love?

The Beautiful people?

WOW! AMAZING! Can you remember where you were when they played this? FUCK YOU!

Festival Season!!

Unfortunately, i will most likely not be attending any festivals this summer (although Roskilde, as usual seems the most appealing!) i would just like to recommend some of the great acts that will be performing at some of the festivals this year. Instead of listing them all out for you, i'm going to encourage y'all to check out some footage for yourself! Some of them will definitely be on your agenda this summer, i just need to emphasize the fact you MUST see these bands! Anyways, enjoy and look out for more recommendations in future posts! DJ Kent out!
